Be part of the biggest community event of fun, food and fellowship, sprinkled with a little competition by our Local Law Enforcement and Fire Fighter agencies. There will also be a mystery team. They will gather a team of 5-7 from each department. Men or Women are welcome. The stronger the better. The objective; win the coveted “Phoenix” trophy and the title of the greatest agency in east Tennessee. 


Attendants are encouraged to wear the color of the team they are cheering for. 

The Teams are:
RED – Fire Fighters
White – First Responders
Blue – Law Enforcement.
 

Community event with Food Trucks, Local Vendor Booths, Exhibits, and a fun area for the kids, not to mention great competition between local heros!! 

This is a community focused event with a huge Tailgate party to watch the Vols on the big screen!
Prizes will be awarded to the community as well for *Best axe throwing score, Best Tailgate set up and *Most Team Spirit!  Vendor space is limited so please register soon!

Food Truck Registration

1. FOOD TRUCK VENDOR agrees to Donate to Mission Phoenix 22% of total sales made at the Guns N Hoses event to be held Saturday, October 21,2023. Payment is due on the day of to designated CITY representative at the end of the event.
2. RIGHT TO SELL: FOOD TRUCK VENDOR shall have the right to advertise as set forth on the application. Said sales are to occur only within the area designated by the host for the FOOD TRUCK VENDOR. The MP has a zero-tolerance policy for the sale or display of product or advertising that displays and/or promotes any of the following: gang colors/symbols, drugs, drug paraphernalia, and illegal activities. Any FOOD TRUCK VENDOR found to be in violation of these policies is subject
to expulsion from the event without any refund. Enforcement of this is at the sole discretion of
management.
3. BEVERAGES: FOOD TRUCK VENDORS shall not sell, distribute, or in any way disseminate alcoholic beverages, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. LOAD-IN/SET-UP: Load-in and set-up times vary based on truck location. Load-in and set-up must be completed between the hours of 6:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 21,2023. All set up must be completed by 9:00 a.m. Vendor vehicles will have limited access to vendor area, please be prepared to move things by hand or self provided dolly.
10. LOAD OUT: All FOOD TRUCK VENDOR materials and GARBAGE must be removed from event site by 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 21, 2023
11. ELECTRICAL SERVICE: Generators will be allowed for Trucks. Electricity may be available, but not guaranteed. Please plan to bring your own source of energy.
12. INSURANCE: Vendors will provide insurance necessary and relieves Mission Phoenix from any liability from any incident that may occur at the event. Mission Phoenix is not responsible for any loss of merchandise, sales or items.

By signing this Food Truck Vendor Contract and by participating in the Event, you agree to the following statement:
I hereby give my consent to all photographs, audio recordings, academic work and/or video recordings taken of me or my
staff. I understand that any such photographs, audio recordings, academic work, and/or video recordings become the
property of Owner and may be used by Owner, or others with their consent, for educational, instructional or promotional
purposes determined by Owner in broadcast and media formats now existing or created in the future.
